This advanced software is a guiding tool in production of liquid NPK fertilizers. The main menu propose 20 buttons allowing access to different screens and options.

The main screens offer options of NPK formulation based on simple blend dissolution or in sophisticate screens allowing choice ratio between N-P-K and designing the source of  nitrogen ,potassium and % of phosphoric acid as  phosphorus source.

Free formulation is allowing also the option to decide which formula you are targeting and the software will give as output the listing of raw materials , their cost ,and the highest concentration we may achieve taking in consideration the solubility of the raw materials proposed. 

The software is also calculating the drop in temperature and expected density. 

The software is also proposing a liquid mix process based on dissolution separately of each raw material and mixing between them following required formulation.

The software is including a screen where we decide which formula we request, what will be our preferred source of nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus and the software will verify the feasibility. 

One of the programming screen is the water analysis data base.          Storage of ready mix formulation or produced previously is also allowed.

The software is also presenting several equipment proposed by Elgad Agro-systems adapted for different daily NPK liquid requirements (from 5 to 100 m3/day)
