            the new liquid fertilizer system 
 

The "ELG3" system is an original and  advanced system producing liquid fertilizers based on soluble and acid-raw materials.

This equipment has been adapted for growers requiring daily: 20-30m3 of concentrate NPK solution for fertigation  .

  

 

The ELG3 is offering a full automatic process with an option  of PC link and programming.

The main PLC panel is controlling  magnetic pumps for evacuation or recycling , an air blower and 2 dosing pump for acids or liquid nitrogen source .

The whole process  is monitored by a plc recognizing 16 digital inputs mainly from  water and acid counters , levels switch and temperature  sensors and 10 relay output controlling pumps and valves.

 

 

Reception and handling of solids raw materials is achieved  by a hopper for manual bags filling or using an automatic elevator and hopper on load cells in connection and  controlled by the  plc panel .

PVC pipes ans Stainless steel basket for fertilizers filling has been adapted for corrosive raw materials

The formulae choice and planning adequate raw materials  is proposed by a software “liquid3.exe” offering a wide range of formulae and calculating costs for the future liquid  production.

The software is guiding us as well by estimation of the expected endothermic reaction and temperature reduction and solubility for specific ratio and raw materials in your formula

 

 

The quality control for the users aiming a future distribution of this liquids and their commercialization in  market can be assumed by a our mini-lab ,an option we are offering and including spectrophotometer and a guide of utilization.

Users producing only for their own use will guaranty their formulae by controlling the amount of raw materials used and final solution produced.

Only adequate and soluble raw materials has to be used with this equipment. Ready made NPK ratio mix and prices in big bags or 25 kg PP bags can be offered for certain markets.
