a new liquid mix system

The "ELG4" system is our most advanced system producing liquid fertilizers based on liquid mix process.

This equipment has been adapted for regional distributor or big farmer requiring daily: 50-100m3 of various NPK solution for different crop at different growth phases and requiring a high flexibility in formulation.

The ELG4 is based on 2 different units :
-a dissolution unit for solid raw material and their storage in separate tanks.this unit is based on 2 thermoplastic tanks ;pumps for corrosive raw materials and sensors (temp,density,level...); the all controlled by PLC in automatic or manual.

-The main mixing unit based on 8 different magnetic pumps for the different liquid raw materials and a mixing tank on load cell .
The whole process is monitored by two PLC units allowing a parallel activity for -a stock liquid raw material preparation
-the liquid mix formulation following specific requirement. The system include water and acid counters , levels switch and temperature sensors ,pH and density and 10 relay output controlling pumps and valves.

Reception and handling of solids raw materials is achieved by a hopper for manual bags filling or using an automatic screw conveyor in connection and controlled by the plc panel .

PVC pipes ans Stainless steel basket for fertilizers filling has been adapted for corrosive raw materials

The formulae choice and planning adequate raw materials is proposed by a software “liquid4.exe” offering a full flexibility and calculating costs for the future liquid production.

The software is guiding us as well by estimation of the expected endothermic reaction and temperature reduction and solubility for raw material dissolution.

The quality control for the users aiming a future distribution of this liquids and their commercialization in market can be assumed by a our mini-lab ,an option we are offering and including spectrophotometer and a guide of utilization.

Users producing only for their own use will guaranty their formulae by controlling the amount of raw materials dissolved ,the control of density and pH achieved during production.

Only adequate and soluble raw materials has to be used with this equipment.
